About the retreat;

The weekend includes beautiful single accommodation (doubles are also avaliable), set in the middle of a forest,  fabulously tasty and healthy vegetarian meals and snacks, along with all the herbal tea you drink, and we will also have our own thai yoga massage available, but she be should booked in advance to avoid missing out.

Join us for a fabulous weekend booster. We will take this weekend to reconnect, relax, and get back to nature. The retreat centre is an oasis of peace and tranquility, set in stunning countryside in the heart of Surrey and within easy reach of London and the South East. It is a place where you can find space and freedom to explore your own deep desires, values and beliefs in a reflective atmosphere.

A perfect balance of effort and surrender-nurture yourself with yoga and explore the calming effects of yin and meditation. On these retreats, the morning sessions start with gentle stretching and pranayama (breathing exercises) building gradually into a flow practice, suitable for all levels of ability. The more gentle evening sessions of Yin with the focus on relaxation and release, promoting harmony, healthy immune functioning and improving overall vitality.


The timetable is designed for you to have lots of time to relax and reconnect, and of course everything is optional. Do what you need and want to do, enjoy it.

Nova have been practising yoga and meditation since the early 80s and teaching full time in London for more then 10 years.  She has acquired the Yoga Alliance Advanced qualifications through extensive training with a wide range of teachers internationally. Her teaching style is inspired by the breath-synchronised dance of Vinyasa combined with the flow of prana and yet often holding poses within the sequence to develop a deepening of the asana and a precision of alignment. This is a compliment to the sensitivity and softness of her gentler approaches like Yin yoga’s ability to access the blocked and tight places within us both phycalily and mentaly. Through yoga she is able to help us explore our highest potential, and most importantly of all bring a deep sense of joy to our lives.

A short taxi ride from the station (5 mins).

By Road:
Leave the A3 London/Portsmouth Road at Milford Junction (A283)
Take the A3100 to Godalming - Right turn into Shackstead Lane at the Inn on the Lake
Follow the road onto Tuesley Lane - Turn right onto Ashstead Lane - Ladywell drive is on the Left
